GINC staff members have proven records pertained to improving service performance for domestic, civil and military mail and USPS relationships with US commercial and foreign flag air carriers, air contracting, and international postal administrations. One member was Chairman of the Operations Subgroup for the IATA-UPU Contact Committee for six years.
Our experience includes USPS operational, logistics, information technology, marketing, and management. We have the unique ability not only see operations from a “big picture” perspective, but I also the ability to easily analyze constraints and possibilities at a micro level view.
| GINC Vision team member have extensive knowledge, expertise, and operational experience in all Postal air and surface networks, including Federal Express, UPS, and commercial air carriers contracts. In addition, our staff has managed Postal Bulk Mail Centers (BMC) and Surface Transportation Centers (STC). Members have had direct oversight and responsibility to monitor contractor compliance for terminal handling contracts for Postal air and surface networks on a national level. Including managing the only Postal own Air Hub in Indianapolis.
